Applicable working conditions of several typical high-temperature control valves

High-temperature control valves generally refer to control valves used in working conditions above 450°C. The following are several commonly used high-temperature control valves for reference in selection.

 (1) Ordinary high-temperature alloy butterfly valve Ordinary butterfly valve is the butterfly valve with a simple structure and the lightest weight of the same caliber. It is easy to forge and can save a lot of valuable high-temperature alloy. Ordinary high-temperature alloy butterfly valves can only be used on occasions where leakage requirements are not high. In application, it should be noted that there should be enough clearance between the valve body and the valve plate to avoid jamming caused by thermal expansion of the material under high-temperature conditions. At the same time, appropriate positioning measures should be adopted to ensure the effective positioning of the valve plate, and to avoid the valve plate from sagging or shifting, causing unilateral jamming or seizure.

(2) High-temperature alloy baffle butterfly valve

The baffle butterfly valve is a new type of high-temperature control valve developed for the main problems that the control valve is prone to under high-temperature conditions. It has the advantages of simple structure, easy forging, good sealing, not easy to jam, etc., and can also save a lot of valuable high-temperature resistance alloy. The sealing method is that the plane baffle plate (valve plate) falls on the valve body boss (integrated) to form around the sealing surface, so as to achieve a good sealing effect.

(3) Special ball valve for high-temperature heat transfer oil

The special ball valve for high-temperature heat transfer oil with elastic laminated special composite graphite seat and flexible graphite packing can effectively solve the process requirements of heat transfer oil to be cut off and adjusted well, and the packing is less affected by the heat transfer oil (conventional elongated valve cover and heat sink It does not make sense). The requirement of good sealing is a medium and high-temperature cut-off control valve with excellent performance, which can be used in occasions below 500°C.

 (4) High temperature resistant non-metallic inner sandwich ultra-high temperature butterfly valve

The structure is made of ultra-high temperature resistant alloy material, and the high temperature resistant non-metallic material is used as the inner lining, so that the valve body is different from the outside and the strength of the valve body is ensured. Hollow or ultra-high temperature resistant alloy material valve plate with circulation or cooling means can ensure that the valve plate works well at around 1200℃.
