Z521V(C) micro pressure control valve
The type Z521V(C) micro pressure control valve are self-contained, control devices which use energy from the controlled system to operate, the energy is introduced into the diaphragm actuator to control the plug position to change the flow area and flow, then balance the inlet or outlet pressure.
It is used to control the pressure of flammable gases used as a source of energy, e.g. in boilers, driers, vaporizers, heat exchangers or industrial furnaces.
Alternatively, it can control the compressed air supply in process engineering applications.
A micro pressure control valve is used for controlling the downstream pressure (p2) or upstream pressure (p1) to an adjusted set point. The design of a self-operated control valve is to close when the downstream pressure rises above a set value; Or the design of self-operated control is to open when the upstream pressure rises above the set value.
